1. Searching For Accommodation in Spain
How do I find a suitable property?
You can search for properties by using the quick search on the home page
or the advanced search by clicking the rental search button. Enter your
requirements and then click search. You will see a list of properties that
match your search criteria. When you see a property you are interested
in you can click on the link to see more details for the property.
How do I make an online booking?
Once you have selected the property you would like to reserve click on
the make a booking link. Fill in your reservation details and click submit.
You will then be transferred to PayPal where you can make the payment by
credit card for the quoted price. Once your payment has been processed
your booking will be made live. You will receive a confirmation email and
your details will be passed to the owner who will contact you to make arrangements
for your arrival.
How do I know the property is available?
Above each property on the search results page it will say if the property
is available, partly available or unavailable. You can view the availability
for a property by clicking the view availability link. The calendar will
show you when the property is rented and when it is available. You can
then change the dates you searched to available dates and make a reservation.
How do I contact the owner or agent for
a property I'm interested in?
We recommend contacting the owner or agent for a property using the contact
form at the bottom of every property advert page. This will forward your
message to the person responsible for this property. Please be sure to
check the contact details that you enter to ensure that the owner can contact
you without any problems.
How do I know the information given on your
site about a property is accurate?
It is the responsibility of the owners to maintain the accuracy of the
information displayed about their property. We do not take responsibility
for any inaccuracies and recommend that all prospective tenants make their
own enquiries that the property is as described before committing to a
booking. We check the advertisements for grammar and spelling.
Who do I pay for the accommodation booking?
Payments are made via our website using PayPal. We then distribute the
money to the owners.
